Our Top 10 Must Do’s in Bristol
To celebrate us turning 10, we are sharing some of favourite things in a form of top ten lists. Here is a Our Top 10 Must Do’s in Bristol…
We love Recruitment and we love Bristol! There is SO much that could make this list, but here are our top ten things we recommend you do in Bristol.
- The Clifton Suspension Bridge – Yes, we know, it’s on every list, but just go and see it. From below, the Observatory, walk along it, drive over it. It is so very Bristol and fantastic!
- Pasture – We love it here – whilst renowned for its meat you can also try their Impossible Steak which is Watermelon. Go on the right evening and you will get some live music, or a DJ thrown in too. The service is exceptional and make sure you book!
- Watch the Bristol Bears at Ashton Gate Stadium – Currently riding high at the top of the premier league – go on show them some support.
- Bristol International Balloon Fiesta – Based at Ashton Court – if the weather is right, Bristol’s skyline is filled with Balloons Morning, Noon and Night – our client Bailey Balloon’s favourite time of the year!
- Walking Tours – Whether you are looking for Blackbeard or Banksy a walking tour is full of information. The Graffiti tours are excellent too – they change all the time, so worth doing again and again.
- The Wave – If it’s good enough for Joe Wicks who recently visited – that’s enough to make our list. This venue is state of the art and perfect for those who love surfing or just want to give it a go for the first time.
- Mugshot – Another steak restaurant making our list. This one is a meal and an experience, where you cook your own steak. Another one to sample whilst in Bristol with excellent service.
- Go on a Ferry Boat – Bristol Ferry Boats offer a waterbus service – what a way to get to the office!
- Wapping Wharf – A relatively new and ever developing location in Bristol, just behind the M-Shed with so many independent places to eat and drink and a Roof Top bar at Woky Ko – definitely a place to mooch on a Saturday afternoon.
- St Nicholas Market – Something so different to its neighbour Broadmead, St Nicholas Market is a place to sample a wide variety of food from smoothies to Caribbean Wraps to Falafel. They also host a farmers market each Wednesday.
