Interesting article by the BBC about the benefits of working from home for some people. For me, my preference is hybrid working, I am so much more proactive at home than in the office, however there is nothing which cannot beat a feeling of team spirit with a face to face catch up or meeting.

This has reduced the unemployment rate to 4.2% And… job vacancies continued to rise, hitting a high of 1.22 million
