Benefits of working from home….
Interesting article by the BBC about the benefits of working from home for some people. For me, my preference is hybrid working, I am so much more proactive at home than in the office, however there is nothing which cannot beat a feeling of team spirit with a face to face catch up or meeting. For some 100% office working is essential and for some 100% home working… I guess 2022 will hopefully see employees working in their preferred style.
