After becoming unemployed at the end of January, I made contact with Alexander Mae in early March following an application for an advertised vacancy. I have had various dealings with Recruitment Agencies over the years and due to many poor experiences was sceptical when faced with signing up again. I was immediately impressed with the professionalism and responsiveness of the staff, in particular, Kim Richens who I dealt with exclusively. Although there have been many challenges over the last few months (Covid-19 related), and opportunities had dried up, Kim was always attentive and stayed in touch throughout, always giving the impression that she was in your corner. This stood out for me and it was refreshing to deal with someone who actually followed up on what they said they were going to do, and didn’t forget about you. Many thanks
