🌺 My Work Experience at Alexander Mae Recruitment 🌺
Recently, I completed my work experience at Alexander Mae Recruitment in Bristol, and it was a really enjoyable and valuable experience.
Before I started, I wasn’t sure what to expect, but everyone made me feel welcome from day one. Throughout the week, I got involved in lots of different tasks, including looking through CVs, writing candidate profiles, creating job adverts and learning about how the recruitment process works.
The experience helped me build my confidence and gave me a much better understanding of what it’s like to work in a professional office. I also learnt how important communication, teamwork and organisation are in recruitment. Overall, my time at Alexander Mae was a great opportunity to learn new skills and gain real workplace experience. I’d definitely recommend doing work experience, as it’s a great way to build confidence and discover what working life is really like.
Why Work Experience Is Important
I think work experience is really important because it gives young people a chance to see what working life is really like. It helps build confidence, teaches new skills and gives you experience that will help in the future.
I’m really glad I had the opportunity to complete my work experience at Alexander Mae Recruitment. It has given me a better understanding of the workplace, and I’d encourage anyone to take the opportunity if they can.
