Sarah Malley – Director

When it comes to the important matter of recruitment, you need an expert on your side, and that’s where Sarah comes in; having started her career in HR she understands the importance of finding the right people and challenges of doing so. Since moving into recruitment, she has used her valuable knowledge to help companies find the perfect candidate for a wide variety of roles.

Outside of work you’ll find Sarah recharging her batteries by taking long country walks with Teddie the Cavapoo and Alfie the Cockapoo or sharing a glass or two of chilled rose with friends. Cheers Sarah!

Lucie is a Recruitment Consultant at Alexander Mae Recruitment, bringing a passion for helping people find roles where they can thrive. Though new to the team, she’s already making an impact with her strong people skills and her ability to build genuine connections with candidates and clients alike.
With a background that reflects her dedication to personal growth—Lucie is also a qualified Level 3 Personal Trainer and Fitness instructor—she brings the same energy and focus to her recruitment work. She believes in taking a professional approach while also creating a relaxed and open environment, helping candidates feel at ease throughout the hiring process.

Kim Richens – Director

What Kim doesn’t know about the recruitment scene in Bristol could be written on a very small postcard. For longer than she cares to remember, she worked with businesses of all shapes and sizes, helping them tackle recruitment challenges with her trademark expertise and warmth. So trusted was she by her clients that many took her with them when they moved roles—proof of the lasting impact she made as an extended part of their teams.
Candidates were always in safe hands with Kim. Her personal, supportive approach meant no one ever arrived at an interview underprepared—they arrived confident and ready to shine.
Now officially retired (and thoroughly enjoying it), Kim is embracing her love of travel with even more enthusiasm. Her motto remains the same: never come home until the next one is booked. She may have stepped away from the day-to-day, but she’ll always be a cherished part of Alexander Mae as one of our founding directors.
